He has extensive background in commercial real estate financial analysis and in the negotiation of commercial real estate transactions and associated agreements. In addition, he has broad hands-on asset management and supervisory experience. Having been associated with offices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, California and the Midwest, Mr. Skolnick has diverse geographical experience as well.
